Services for Florida law firms with fewer than 25 lawyers

Fix one expensive workflow first.

Start with the smallest engagement that will produce a useful result. No sweeping technology plan. No software shopping spree. We begin with recurring work that is slow, inconsistent, risky, or too dependent on one person.

15 minutes. I will tell you whether there is a fit. No deck.

Three ways to start

Choose based on what the firm knows today.

AI Workflow Assessment

$995 one time

“We know AI matters, but we do not know where to begin.”

  • Review current tools, AI use, bottlenecks, and risk points
  • Rank the most useful opportunities
  • Receive a written roadmap and partner readout

One Workflow, Done Right

$1,995 fixed project

“This one process wastes time every week.”

  • Map the current process and failure points
  • Build and test one useful improvement
  • Document the review gates and train the team

Focused training

Put the right people in the room.

Not sure whether training is the answer?

A workshop is useful when the firm needs shared understanding, practice, and decisions. If the problem is a broken workflow, choose the Assessment or One Workflow, Done Right. Training cannot repair a process nobody has mapped.

What a workshop involves

Who attends: the partner or administrator who can make decisions, plus the lawyers and staff who do the selected work.

Before we meet: we agree on the audience, current tools, and one or two recurring tasks to use as examples. Do not send client material for a demonstration.

A sample 90-minute session: identify the task and current handoffs; work through a live example in the firm’s tools; name the information and lawyer-review limits; then decide whether a small pilot, an assessment, or no new project is the sensible next step.

What the team takes away: a shared view of the candidate workflow, the review points, and the next decision. The half-day version allows more time for hands-on work with a practice group; its agenda is scoped before booking.

After the first engagement

Keep what works moving.

Workflow Support

$995 per month, month to month

The lighter post-retainer follow-on for a firm that wants help maintaining and improving workflows already in place.

  • Available after the main implementation work
  • Focused on continuity, small adjustments, and practical questions
  • No new platform required

The Monthly AI Workflow Partner is not sold cold. The firm and the workflow need enough shared context for ongoing work to be useful. Start with an Assessment, workshop, or defined workflow project.

Lexis+ with Protégé and Create+

The license is only the beginning.

The firm still must decide what belongs in each Vault, which work product is good enough to serve as a model, how prompts and skills should be written, where review occurs, and how Create+ fits into drafting.

How the work happens

Small project. Clear owner. Human review.

Name the business problem.

Define the delay, rework, inconsistency, risk, or dropped handoff before choosing a tool.

Map the current work.

Identify who does what, where the information lives, and where the process fails.

Build the smallest reliable improvement.

Use the firm’s current software where practical, with minimum-necessary data and clear permissions.

Add review, test, and train.

Name the checker, define the check, test the process, document it, and train the people who will use it.

The next step takes 15 minutes

Bring the workflow that wastes the most time.

We will discuss the work, the current software, whether AI belongs in the process, and the smallest sensible engagement.
