Ongoing implementation for Florida law firms

Keep one practical improvement moving each month.

The Monthly AI Workflow Partner is for a firm that has finished an initial engagement and wants steady implementation, training, and follow-through. Each month has a defined priority, a named owner, and visible review steps.

$4,995 per month

Three-month minimum. Available after an initial Actionable AI engagement.

The result

Useful work ships. The team knows how to use it.

The work stays narrow enough to finish and important enough to matter. The goal is not a pile of experiments. It is a working improvement that fits the firm’s current software and operating reality.

Implementation and testing

Map the work, build the smallest useful version, test it against realistic examples, and fix the weak points.

Training and handoff

Train the people who will use and review the workflow, then document the process in plain language.

Included

Ongoing help tied to real firm work.

People and control

  • Live training connected to the month’s work
  • Named owners, reviewers, and escalation paths
  • Written instructions and review gates
  • Governance and policy upkeep connected to implemented workflows
This is not unlimited project work. Each month begins with a defined priority and scope. Onsite days, extra workshops, travel, and work outside that priority are scoped separately.

A practical monthly cycle

Choose. Map. Build. Test. Train.

Choose the priority.

Name the recurring delay, rework, inconsistency, risk, or dropped handoff that the firm wants to improve.

Map the current work.

Identify who does what, where the information lives, what must remain under human control, and where the process breaks.

Build the smallest useful version.

Use current software where practical, minimum-necessary data, and permissions appropriate to the work.

Test with realistic examples.

Check accuracy, exceptions, handoffs, permissions, and the review process before routine use.

Train and document.

Show the team how to use the workflow, who checks the output, and what happens when the process does not fit the situation.

Fit

Monthly work is useful after both sides know the terrain.

Good fitThe firm has completed an Assessment, workshop, or defined workflow project and has a leader who can make decisions.
Good fitThe firm wants steady progress, can provide realistic test examples, and will name the people responsible for review and adoption.
Not the first stepThe firm has not identified a business problem, cannot assign an internal owner, or wants a general promise that AI will solve everything.
The Monthly AI Workflow Partner is not sold cold. If we have not worked together, start with the AI Workflow Assessment, a Private Workshop, or One Workflow, Done Right.

Need less ongoing help?

Workflow Support is the lighter follow-on.

After the main implementation work, Workflow Support provides continuity, small adjustments, and practical help with workflows already in place. It is $995 per month, month to month.
